Sperm quality determines the level of a man's fertility. Problems of fertility and sex is no longer merely a problem for the wife, but also a problem for the husband. And an obligation for you to improve their fertility. Actually there are some natural ways that you can try to increase the odds of getting a child. Here are some easy steps to improve the quality of sperm.
Relieve your stress.

In a U.S. study, the researchers found that runners who trained more than 90 miles per week have a lower sperm count and sperm cells are less mature than the man ran less than 50 miles per week. However, the proportion of moderate aerobic exercise such as brisk walking or swimming, three times a week, each for 20 minutes, it will not affect the production of sperm.
Wear boxer briefs.
